Welcome official contract Immigrant Legal Center of Boulder County (ILCBC). This contract outlines the terms and conditions of our legal services and the responsibilities of both the client and ILCBC. Please read and review the following contract carefully before proceeding with our services.

Parties Scope Legal Services Payment Fees
Immigrant Legal Center of Boulder County (ILCBC) ILCBC agrees to provide legal representation and consultation to clients in immigration matters, including but not limited to visa applications, naturalization, deportation defense, and asylum claims. Client agrees to pay all fees and costs associated with legal services provided by ILCBC, as outlined in the Fee Agreement signed upon commencement of services.

By signing this contract, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above, and agrees to cooperate with ILCBC in providing all necessary information and documentation for the successful representation in immigration matters. ILCBC, in turn, agrees to provide diligent and competent legal services to the client in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Boulder County. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
