Contract for Jama Requirements Management Software

1. Definitions

In this Contract, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

(a) “Jama Requirements Management Software” means the software provided by Jama Software, including any updates, patches, and enhancements.

(b) “Company Data” means any data, information, or materials provided by Company to Jama Software for use with the Jama Requirements Management Software.
